Your options

- We will start with an initial interview to run through your business objectives, business model and key business systems, as well as current plans and observations from management
- Scott will prepare a strategic security plan with recommendations for areas that should be considered for more extensive focus
- If you have completed a strategic assessment, or already have a clear set of objectives for achieving a balanced security posture, you can engage Scott Wright to coordinate a detailed security implementation plan. (This may require one or more in-person meetings)

Security Awareness Measurement
When do you need to measure security?
- If you are comfortable with your current security strategy and implementation, but want to focus on ensuring that your staff are complying with policies and procedures
- If you feel that security awareness may be your biggest risk area, but are not sure which of the many aspects of security needs to be addressed first; or to what degree

- We will start with an initial interview to discuss your policies, and/or any particular concerns you have
- Scott will prepare a security awareness measurement plan that describes the type of metrics which could be used to obtain an assessment of the level of security awareness, taking into consideration any policy stipulations that may be relevant
- If you have a requirement to produce specific security awareness metrics, you can engage Scott Wright to plan and coordinate the security metrics design, implementation, analysis and reporting. (This may require one or more in-person meetings)

"Work Smart and Work Secure" and "Streetwise Security Awareness" Education and Training
When do you need smart workflow or security awareness education and training?
Your organization can benefit from security awareness training if:
