Behavioral Targeting is serious stuff, but...

I've been on a rant lately about Behavioral Targeting - a serious privacy issue where ISPs are being asked by ad networks to put "sniffers" in their facilities to profile users down to the IP address level, just so they can make more money in targeted ads.
