The Townhall is usually open to all members at any time, except during scheduled private or Full/Exclusive level member events. The chat room will work, even if I'm not broadcasting audio/video.
NOTE: Currently, I am trying Meebo.com as the embedded chat facility. When you enter the chat room, you can set your Meebo nickname by hovering over your generic name and clicking on "Edit Info" in the popup window. Sorry to keep bouncing around with chat facilities, but I want to find one that is reliable and is easy to use within this site. - Scott
