I stumbled on some very hard-to-find documentation recently that might be of interest to people doing PIAs, especially in Canada. The formal methodologies for the GOC had been easy to find in the past, but some how became obfuscated during website reorganizations.
The following Google search turned up a couple of interesting results for Ontario and Federal PIA methodologies.
<http://www.google. ca/search? q=privacy+ impact+assessmen t+toc&ie= utf-8&oe= utf-8&aq= t&rls=org. mozilla:en- US:official& client=firefox- a>
While this search will probably give different results over time, two of the links as of today, are very important...
http://www.accessandprivacy.gov.on.ca/english/pia/pia.html
and
http://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=12450
So, hopefully, this will save some time for people looking for things they know exist, but have lost track of them.
