In the CSR Security Awareness Test, we schedule 5 randomly scheduled inquiries to your phone or email contact agents. We ask a number of questions that challenge the agent to communicate the organization's security policies, such as "How they enforce password and challenge question creation or modifications", "How they deal with failures in authentication for lost passwords", and "How they deal with special requests that may be attempts to bypass security controls".

The results of the test questions are detailed in a report sent only to the email address provided at the time of purchase within 15 calendar days of test completion. The report provides an assessment of CSR security awareness and any recommendations for improvement.
