FAQs » General
Q. What is SafeOnlinePayments.com and why do I see it as the URL when logging in or entering information into forms?

A. This website is primarily a resource for providing educational content to visitors and members. However, we do occasionally need to ask you for information that may be sensitive.

Because it is not cost-effective at this point to have a dedicated  server for securing forms where we do collect sensitive information, we use a secure page from our hosting provider which is at "safeonlinepayments.com". This allows us to secure the web session, so you can be sure that information you send over the Internet is encrypted. When you are entering sensitive information, you should see the browser lock icon at the top or bottom of your browser window, indicating that the information you send over the Internet will be sent securely.

Payment information involving credit card numbers is processed directly at the Paypal website or other vendor sites like Zazzle.com, which means our site never has to collect your credit card information directly. Those sites are responsible for protecting your payment information at the time you complete the transactions.
